We just now have broken the faction XP lock, which means we gained about 18M fXP in only 9 days! We are back on track!

Happy New Year! We write 2010 now and we have started the year as the 5th best faction on Sigma. A very nice achievement...

We currently have 49 excellent teamplayers. Players, who give more to the faction than they ask back, and that makes Red Cell a very strong and dedicated faction. We are proud of our members and we value their selfless attitude, humor and hard work.

Lets keep up the good work in 2010 and push for top 3. We are closing the gap to the 4th place and with the loyal, hardworking members we have, I am confident, we can take the faction even further. Go for it, Red Cell!

Now whats this about purgatory "couldnt you just be a bit more down to earth" you may ask. No. I am. Just now we kicked all our inactive members (AWOLs), regardless of the accumulated fXP or time they were with us. This was a hard decision, and the discussion about that took some time (members can reread the thread here. To all visitors and maybe future applicants to summarize: We have a "no deadwood" rule here in Red Cell, and we obey to our rules.

Red Cell first, and that is what brought RC up to where it is now.

Interestingly we didnt loose a rank on the top rated for factions, since our locked fXP is barely enough to hold back The Dragon Legacy. But we are aware that its only a question of time when they will overtake us. For now. We are also looking forward to fight back!

we changed the ranks of Red Cell a bit. The Agents have now fixed tasks which they committed to do. Furthermore there is a new rank named "Agent in Training". This rank is for players who want to contribute to the administrative side of Red Cell for the first time. The Agent in Training (AT) has nearly the same in-game rights as the agents (excluding recruiting and tagging), and full access to the agents forum. The time he is at that rank will give him (or her...) the opportunity to prove himself. The Red Council decides then if (and when) he is promoted to the full Agents rank.

All changes will be incorporated in the rules on the website, wiki and here in due time.
